Purpose of Job This position will be pivotal in supporting the organization's staffing and consultant operations by managing resource requests and aligning talent with project requirements. Reporting to the Director of Staffing & Operations, the Staffing Specialist coordinates resource assignments by balancing professional skills and goals with project requirements and timelines. Additionally, this individual will support consultant operations, helping manage day-to-day activities beyond staffing assignments.
