What will be your mission?
Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is looking for a proactive and energetic GSO Contract Management & Team Support with a strong desire to enter the Global Sales environment.
We are looking for someone with a passion for excellence and who has a lot of enthusiasm. We need someone who has exceptional support service standards that can offer support to our Sales Team with their administrative duties. This role will require this person to process and maintain contracts, have proficient reporting skills, coordinate sales efforts in the geographical working area while representing this international hotel chain.
What will you do?
The role will report directly to the Contract Management Team Leader and will support the Directors of Business Development of Global Sales NORAM & UK and Sales Managers & Directors in the sourcing & conversion of Business RFPs (Transient & Group) inquiries.
Coordination support for Corporate & Consortia Global Contracting: to create, maintain and update account RFP files in accordance with agreed standards during the full sales process (RFI, Business Case Analysis, RFP Preparation & Launch, Negotiations, Rate Loadings and Rate & Availability Audits, Etc.), and interact with all RFP Tools for proper RFP account management procedures.
Development & Training of processes in regard to contracting
PO Creations and Re-invoicing processing
Leads in pipeline analysis
Monthly and Quarterly Reporting extractions and circulation
Ensure data accuracy in all company systems
Supporting Sales Force: the ability to promote NH / Minor Hotel Group of worldwide properties and assist with any client inquiries in the absence of the Sales Managers and/or Directors.
To work with all NH Sales Tools and Systems and be the point of contact for questions related to Sales Contracting, SAP / TMS, All RFP Contracting Tools & Systems, GDS and CRM
The ability to communicate with HQ, our Business Units, other GSOs, GEMs and Hotels to ensure that all requests for action plans, reports, rates and other needs are followed up in a timely manner.
To liaise with the DBD and Sales Team on any ad-hoc projects, commercial actions, administrative tasks & sales activities needed
The willingness to attend and participate in all required meetings with sales team and clients
Support in office management tasks, Responsible for meeting deadlines and submitting reports in a timely manner and the maintenance of a high-quality client Database

QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled, preferably in the final year of a degree in Tourism/Business Administration (or related Master’s Program)
Min 1-year experiences in the hospitality industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Hotel Management Systems
Is fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
Further languages like Spanish is an advantage
PREFERRED SKILLS
High competencies in Microsoft Office i.e. the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to initiate action or take decisions, if necessary, & without needing detailed instructions or information
Knowledge of the B2B market segments including RFP process, Tools, & Contract Negotiations.
Sales focused, Results oriented and Proactive approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with polished presentation skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of GDS, TMS and other Distribution channels
Eagerness & desire to work in a multinational environment w/ experience working with international team
Excellent team player with a willingness to learn
