About the role

Key Responsibilities :

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.

Generate new leads and develop strong client relationships.

Handle buyer and seller inquiries professionally.

Arrange and conduct property viewings.

Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

Negotiate with clients and successfully close property deals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and commission objectives.

Maintain updated client and sales records.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, confident and professionally motivated.

Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented with a proven ability to close sales.

Good command of English additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
