About the role

We are hiring an experience CNC Machine Operator to operate and set up CNC machines for precision machining, ensuring that components are produced according to approved drawings, specified dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up CNC laser-cutting machines or other related CNC equipment.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, CNC programs, dimensions, and tolerances.

Set cutting tools, tool offsets, work offsets, and machine parameters.

Monitor machining operations to ensure accurate and timely production.

Inspect finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.

Ensure that specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface-finish requirements are maintained.

Perform tool changes and basic troubleshooting of machining and tooling issues.

Carry out routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all workshop safety procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

ITI, Diploma, or other technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related field.

Previous experience operating CNC laser-cutting machines or working in a related field.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances.

Good knowledge of cutting tools, tooling, and machining processes.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively.

Basic knowledge of metals and their machining characteristics.

Salary: AED 2500 – 3,000
