About the role
Personal Assistant to the CEO – Lifestyle & Executive Support
Property Shop Investment (PSI) is looking for a highly organised, discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide a combination of personal, lifestyle, wellness, and selected executive support.
This is a high-trust position suited to someone who can manage the CEO’s day-to-day requirements while also taking an active role in supporting a structured and healthy lifestyle.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of nutrition, meal planning, calorie (kcal) tracking, healthy food choices, and lifestyle management, combined with excellent personal assistance and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, commitments, and daily schedule.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Arrange restaurants, appointments, events, shopping, gifts, and other personal requirements.
Coordinate with drivers, household staff, vendors, restaurants, and external service providers.
Manage family-related schedules, appointments, events, and logistical requirements.
Handle personal administrative tasks, renewals, memberships, documentation, and time-sensitive matters.
Manage confidential correspondence, information, and personal matters with complete discretion.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure commitments are completed within required timelines.
Handle urgent and last-minute requests efficiently and professionally.
Anticipate requirements and proactively identify potential scheduling or logistical challenges.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
Assist with planning and organising daily and weekly meals based on the CEO’s nutritional and lifestyle requirements.
Prepare and maintain meal plans according to specific calorie (kcal) targets and preferences.
Research suitable meals, restaurants, food options, and ingredients based on nutritional requirements.
Monitor daily calorie intake and maintain accurate meal and nutrition records when required.
Understand basic macronutrients, including protein, carbohydrates, and fats.
Assist with portion planning and selecting appropriate food quantities.
Coordinate with chefs, meal-preparation services, restaurants, or food suppliers to ensure meals are prepared according to requirements.
Track meal schedules and ensure meals are organised and available at the appropriate times.
Maintain awareness of healthy, balanced, and practical food choices.
Adapt meal arrangements when schedules, travel plans, or dietary preferences change.
Research nutrition-related information and maintain organised records of preferred meals, foods, and meal plans.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
Previous experience supporting a CEO, C-level executive, entrepreneur, business owner, or high-profile individual is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, meal planning, calorie tracking, and healthy lifestyle management.
Good understanding of calories (kcal), macronutrients, portion sizes, and nutritional values.
Experience creating or following structured meal plans is an advantage.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable managing changing priorities and last-minute requirements.
Professional, polished, and dependable.
Multilingual candidates are an advantage.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is more than a traditional Personal Assistant.
You are highly organised and naturally proactive, but you also have a genuine understanding of nutrition, meal planning, calories, and healthy lifestyle management.
You know how to plan a day efficiently, organise meals around a busy schedule, research suitable food options, understand nutritional information, and ensure that personal preferences and requirements are consistently followed.
You are comfortable working closely with a senior executive, handling confidential information, coordinating with multiple people, and managing both personal and professional priorities with maturity and discretion.
You do not need to be a qualified dietitian or nutritionist, but you should have strong practical knowledge of nutrition and meal planning and be confident working with calorie and nutritional information.
