YOUR ROLE

This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations. Monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met.

To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday.

Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner

To be able to escalate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement

Assist Driver to move cages and Pallets to nearest loading area and ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities.

Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change

To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required.

Any other related job duties as assigned by Superior

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Essential

GCE ‘O’ Levels and above or Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience

Minimum 3 years of Logistics/Ground Freight & transportation experience

Experience in freight forwarding (i.e. ground & rail freight) preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore

Fluent in communication
