Group Marketing Executive – Hospitality

We are looking for an organised, energetic and commercially minded Group Marketing Executive to join our growing hotel group and support marketing activity across our varied collection of properties.

This is a hands-on group role with particular responsibility for brand implementation, CRM and email marketing, customer journey, marketing assets, events and campaign coordination.

The Role

Working closely with Group Sales & Marketing and individual hotel teams, you will:

Support the rollout of our new group brand, helping individual hotels implement new branding consistently across guest and marketing touchpoints.

Coordinate marketing activity and campaigns across multiple hotel properties.

Review and improve the customer journey, ensuring brand, messaging and commercial opportunities are considered from discovery and booking through to pre-arrival and post-stay.

Manage CRM and email marketing, including databases, segmentation, campaigns and customer communications.

Coordinate social media activity across the portfolio, working with internal teams and external content creators rather than being the primary content creator.

Develop and coordinate marketing assets and collateral, working with designers, suppliers and hotel teams as required.

Assist with the planning, marketing and delivery of events, launches, activations and partnerships.

Support website updates and optimisation alongside our dedicated digital marketing colleague.

Work with hotel teams to ensure brand standards and marketing materials are correctly implemented at property level.

Monitor campaign activity and provide clear, commercially focused reporting.

About You

Ideally, you will have 2-4+ years' marketing experience, with hospitality, tourism, leisure, wellness or another customer-focused brand an advantage.

You will be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple properties and projects, and confident working with people at different levels of a business.

You should have experience in several of the following areas: brand implementation, CRM, email marketing, campaign coordination, customer journey, events and marketing collateral.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organisation and understands that successful hotel marketing ultimately needs to enhance the guest experience and drive commercial results.

Pay: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
