At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who brings strong capability in hiring for Technology roles in financial services and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
Key Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Technology roles across Investment Banking.
Source, assess, and attract high-calibre technology talent across a range of disciplines and seniority levels.
Support hiring for predominantly Vice President (VP) and Assistant Vice President (AVP) level roles, while also contributing to more senior appointments.
Develop proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify and engage top talent.
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, compensation intelligence, and talent availability data.
Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across Technology and Investment Banking.
Challenge and influence hiring decisions where appropriate, ensuring a best-practice approach to recruitment.
Confidently manage expectations and provide constructive pushback when required.
Strategic Talent Partnering
Develop talent attraction strategies to support business growth objectives.
Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and competitor activity.
Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support diversity, internal mobility, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Technology & Market Expertise
Demonstrate strong knowledge of technology functions within Banking and Financial Services.
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, digital transformation trends, and AI-driven developments impacting hiring requirements.
Stay informed on technology skill demand, market conditions, and talent movement across the sector.
Embrace a continuous learning mindset and remain adaptable as technology and AI capabilities evolve.
Recruitment Operations
Utilize Workday effectively for managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, reporting, and recruitment workflows.
Produce and analyse recruitment metrics and hiring reports.
Support visa sponsorship and immigration-related hiring requirements, particularly for VP and Manager-level positions.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and governance requirements.
Partner with HR, mobility, and immigration teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
Skills & Requirements
Must Haves:
Significant experience recruiting technology talent within Banking, Financial Services, or Investment Banking environments.
Proven ability to recruit for VP and AVP-level technology positions.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience acting as a strategic talent advisor to senior business leaders.
Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
Strong understanding of Workday and recruitment reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 78600- 103400 plus applicable benefits.
This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
