Deliver exceptional coffee and customer service

Sodexo is looking for a friendly, professional and experienced Barista to join our hospitality team at a busy corporate workplace in Dublin 2.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality coffee and hospitality service, creating a welcoming experience for colleagues, clients and visitors throughout the day.

What you’ll do:

Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and hot beverages to a consistent standard

Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service at the coffee bar

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming coffee service area throughout the day

Prepare and replenish the coffee bar, ensuring all equipment, ingredients and service items are ready

Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation

Follow allergen and food handling procedures at all times

Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients and consumables are replenished as required

Support the wider hospitality team with food service, events and other duties when required

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Respond positively to customer requests and help create a professional workplace experience

What you’ll bring:

Previous barista or coffee service experience is desirable

Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service

A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Good understanding of food hygiene and allergen requirements

Excellent communication skills and a professional manner

A positive, proactive and flexible approach

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
