H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Relaciones Públicas para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Playa Esmeralda, en Fuerteventura (Costa Calma).

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

Realizar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable las relaciones con los clientes y de organizar actividades lúdicas o recreativas en los establecimientos.

Recibir y acompañar a aquellos clientes que la dirección indique.

Informar a los clientes de todos los servicios que están a su disposición.

Prestar sus servicios tanto dentro como fuera del establecimiento.

Gestionar las reservas de cualquier servicio que ofrezca la empresa.

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en puesto 1 año

Idioma : Inglés y alemán necesario, se valorará francés e italiano

Uso de ordenador y RRSS nivel usuario.

Disponibilidad horaria

Se valorará formación relacionada con turismo, att cliente, etc

Competencias: orientación al cliente, gestión de reclamaciones, comunicación
