That’s why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, and from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which each individual can be their best.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our new HR Services Team as a Working Student.

Your responsibilities will include:

Support various HR processes, e.g., employee benefits, compensation, promotions, and pensions

Assist with contract administration, including contractual amendments and promotion documentation

Support annual compensation processes, including bonus eligibility reviews

Prepare and manage reference letters, employer confirmations, and related documents

Maintain personnel files and support general HR record keeping

Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units

Provide general operational support across key HR processes

What You'll Bring

You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.

You’ve gained previous professional experience, ideally including internships or working student roles, with a focus on tasks requiring strong organizational skills.

You have a keen interest in human resources and management consulting.

You’re able to learn quickly, pay meticulous attention to detail, and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.

You’re proficient at multitasking and operating effectively under time constraints.

Strong self-organization and time management abilities round out your profile.

You have exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with a pragmatic mindset.

You have a proactive way of working with high quality standards.

Your interpersonal skills are outstanding.

You are proficient in MS Office applications.

Finally, you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.

Who You'll Work With

Collaboration in our team is characterized by mutual support, a lively exchange of experiences, strong trust, and a good dose of humor. Integrity is our highest priority. You will report to the HR Operations Director, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
