About the role

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, air-conditioning units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults and carry out necessary repairs.

Monitor and maintain proper temperature, airflow, and cooling performance.

Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection, and related refrigeration work safely.

Inspect and clean filters, coils, ducts, condensers, evaporators, and other HVAC components.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts, and equipment condition.

Ensure all HVAC work complies with health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.

Coordinate with the maintenance and operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring breakdowns.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Support emergency maintenance and breakdown services when required

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
