The Banquet Steward is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Completing pull sheets and filling requisitions

Delivery of cold food, desserts and hot food to banquet functions

Running extra items/special requests to Banquets

Returning leftover food items from Banquet functions to kitchen

Preparation of plates, hotboxes for banquet functions

Expediting banquet functions

Wage information The hourly wage for this position is $26.50

Qualifications

Must be able to stand on feet for extended period

lift moderate weight up to 50lbs

Adequate communication skills both verbally and written

previous hospitality or stewarding experience preferred
