Assist with origination, structuring and execution of Project Finance lease, partnership and loan transactions working effectively with PF Originations and Structuring teams. Work with Functional/Matrix partners in Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Work with Origination and Structuring teams on new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution

2. Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening materials

3. Complete pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, comparable transaction/relative value analysis

Required Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree

2. Proven analytical ability and attention to detail

3. Solid leadership and interpersonal skills

4. Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

5. Strong written and oral communication skills

6. 1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2 years of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program

The annual base salary for this position is $100,000/$105,000.
