Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Electrical and electronic design for smartphones and mobile devices
Joint development, technical coordination, and progress management with ODM manufacturers
Technical evaluation and development related to circuit and PCB design
Hardware design and evaluation, including digital circuits, power supply systems, and various sensors
Evaluation and technical feasibility studies for the implementation of new features in smartphones and mobile devices
Prototype evaluation, issue analysis, root cause analysis, and improvement proposals
Development schedule and quality management
Collaboration with internal teams, including Software, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, and other related functions
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering
3+ years of practical experience in electrical/electronic design or hardware design
Experience reading and creating circuit schematics
Experience evaluating and debugging electronic devices
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing smartphones or mobile phones
Experience in product development with ODM/OEM manufacturers
Knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as USB, PCIe, and MIPI
Experience with EMC/EMI evaluation
Experience designing battery and power supply circuits
Experience reading technical documents and handling technical correspondence by email in English
