Fornire informazioni dettagliate sui prodotti e rispondere alle domande dei clienti

Creare rapporti di fiducia con i clienti per favorire la fidelizzazione

Monitorare le performance dei prodotti sul mercato e raccogliere feedback dai clienti

Requisti:

Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali

Conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti di comfort personale e del settore correlato

Attitudine commerciale e orientamento al cliente

Capacità di problem solving e gestione delle obiezioni
