About the role

We're looking for someone who can identify, engage, and develop relationships with high-street retailers, SMEs, and commercial partners over the phone and via email. Promote Retail-FCL’s market-leading portfolio of AI-powered ATM deployment and managed cash services, and deposit-taking kiosks. Drive revenue growth by generating warm leads, resolving initial merchant queries, managing targeted e-shot outreach campaigns, and ensuring accurate, compliant data uploads to support the wider Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Accountabilities

Outbound Engagement: Contact potential and existing commercial customers to present Retail-FCL’s cash access and ATM management services using approved value-proposition frameworks.

Outbound Pipeline Generation: Achieve a consistent baseline target of 50–80 outbound dials per day to identify and source new merchant opportunities.

Digital Sales Enablement: Efficiently enrol targeted prospective retail leads into pre-approved, automated e-shot sequencing workflows to warm up sectors ahead of calling.

Qualification & Handover: Conduct precise discovery calls to uncover retail site suitability and smoothly transition qualified opportunities to senior Sales Executives.

Consultative Script Adherence: Handle inbound queries and overcome merchant objections regarding cash processing, service uptime, and security framework compliance.

CRM & Data Integrity: Accurately log, update, and track prospective merchant profiles, contract timelines, and interaction records within the company database.

Activity Reporting: Deliver structured daily and weekly sales activity reports directly to the Head of Sales.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, merchant services, or an interactive customer-facing tech environment.

Self-motivated and adaptable mindset, equally comfortable driving independent targets and collaborating within an agile team.

Clear understanding of or strong aptitude to learn fintech, banking infrastructure, or retail asset management.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with specific proficiency in Excel for auditing geographic data and lead sheets.

Confident verbal and written communication style.
