Applicants must, at the latest date of application, clearly demonstrate, all of the criteria listed below as relevant to the role:

Extensive experience working with CRM platforms with responsibility for consumer customer, patient or service-user, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Extensive experience using analytics and reporting tools (bi tools) to track KPIs, measure performance, generate insights, and drive service improvements.

Extensive experience working on data, governance and all operational processes for CRM programmes across multiple teams.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders, with strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
