Applicants must, at the latest date of application, clearly demonstrate, all of the criteria listed below as relevant to the role:

Excellent knowledge of CRM campaign management direct to consumer audience using Salesforce CRM platform with multi step, multi-channel automated customer journeys.

Proven track record delivering multi-channel communication campaigns or engagement programmes; include details of end-to-end customer journeys undertaken and delivered, content development, testing, audience segmentation, use of control groups and optimisation.

Extensive experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and vendors managing end to end relationships within complex environments.

Extensive experience managing end to end relationships with external vendors as relevant to the role.
