Actualmente seguimos creciendo buscamos TELEOPERADOR/TELEOPERADORA para uno de nuestros clientes más importantes de servicios financieros. Buscamos perfiles comerciales con ambición y muy enfocados a resultados.

TUS FUNCIONES

Emisión de llamadas A CLIENTES para operaciones bancarias como traspasos de efectivo.

Asesoramiento especializado y cierre de ventas de seguros.

CONDICIONES DEL PUESTO

Formación previa presencial y selectiva. Queremos que seas un experto/a en el sector y por eso te daremos una formación completa sobre estos productos, del 27 de agosto al 02 de septiembre de forma presencial en nuestras oficinas, en horario de 13h a 21h.

Contrato laboral fijo discontinuo directamente con nosotros con posibilidad de conversión a contrato indefinido.

Incorporación: Presencial en nuestras oficinas junto al Hospital 12 de octubre, con excelente comunicación vía bus, Renfe y Metro.

Salario Atractivo: Fijo según convenio Contact Center (1.098,69€ brutos/mes) + Comisiones sin límite.

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 15:00h a 21:00h (30h semanales)+ un sábado al mes.

REQUISITOS

Estudios mínimos: IMPRESCINDIBLE Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (finalizada u homologada).

Se valorará positivamente experiencia previa en ventas o atención al cliente.

HABILIDADES:

Excelente comunicación y fluidez verbal.

Ambición comercial y orientación a resultados.

Perfil proactivo y compromiso con el proyecto.
