The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to lead VetPlus' global marketing function.

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and delivering international marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support commercial growth and drive customer engagement across our global markets. You will lead a talented marketing team while working closely with senior commercial stakeholders, subsidiaries and distributor partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership

Lead, develop and inspire the global marketing team.

Extensive international

Drive the delivery of VetPlus' global marketing strategy across international markets.

Collaborate with subsidiaries and distributors to implement effective local marketing plans.

Oversee the in-house design team and ensure the delivery of high quality creative assets.

Establish clear marketing ROI benchmarks and maximise return on investment across all activities.

Brand & Communications

Champion global brand consistency across all channels, subsidiaries and distributor networks.

Oversee the development of marketing literature, toolkits and brand guidelines.

Partner with the Head of Brand Integrity to maintain and strengthen our global brand position.

Provide strategic marketing support to key international markets.

Campaigns & Public Relations

Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media and PR channels.

Lead the company's PR and communications strategy in key markets.

Build relationships with media partners, publications and external agencies.

Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, thought leadership and market presence.

Digital Marketing

Lead the evolution of VetPlus' global digital marketing strategy.

Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver innovative, data-driven campaigns.

Oversee website development, social media activity and digital communications.

Drive SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives to maximise online visibility and performance.

Events & Exhibition Management

Own and manage the annual global events and exhibition programme.

Ensure all major events are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with commercial objectives.

Attend key industry events internationally.

Oversee event marketing communications, lead generation and post-event analysis.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role.

Proven track record developing and delivering successful online and offline marketing strategies.

Strong leadership and people management experience.

Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate marketing ROI.

Digital marketing expertise with a strong understanding of modern marketing platforms, analytics and performance measurement.
