Consultor/a de projectes, participant tant en l'execució com l'organització del treball en equip. Requisits imprescindibles: . CERTIFICAT DE DISCAPACITAT RECONEGUT > = 33% . Estudis universitaris superiors en: ADE, Economia, Ciències de la Salut. . Experiència mínima d'1 any i mig en: consultoria, amb demostrable coneixement en procediments d'anàlisi de dades, identificació de necessitats, presa de requisits, gestió projectes de base tecnològica, coordinació socis de projecte, reports i informes de seguiment. Experiència en projectes complexos i treball amb múltiples interlocutors. . Domini d'eines de Microsoft: PowerPoint, Excel i altres eines de treball habituals. . Capacitat d'organització i coordinació. Bones habilitats de comunicació. Orientació a resultats i a qualitat. Alta qualitat en la documentació de processos d'anàlisi i presa requisits, mapes de necessitats, arquitectura de serveis, informes de seguiment. Capacitat analítica i de resolució de problemes. Requisits valorables: . Experiència en consultoria de salut o innovació, en metodologies Agile, Scrum i PMBook de gestió de projectes, i valoració si existeix titulació/acreditació d'alguna. Experiència en eines de control com MS Project, Visio, Trello, etc. . Acreditació en certificacions ITIL, HL7/FHIR

Executar anàlisi, presentacions i informes dins dels projectes. Organitzar i coordinar petites tasques dins l'equip de projecte. Assegurarà la qualitat i coherència dels entregables. Identificar possibles problemes i proposar solucions. Col·laborar estretament amb el Manager&Team Lead en el seguiment del projecte. Participar en reunions internes i amb clients. Donar suport i guiar a perfils més júniors en el seu desenvolupament.
