· Supervisar la correcta prestación de los servicios de limpieza en los centros asignados. · Realizar visitas periódicas a los clientes y comprobar la calidad del servicio. · Coordinar, organizar y hacer seguimiento del personal de limpieza. · Gestionar incidencias, ausencias, sustituciones y necesidades de los diferentes centros. · Detectar necesidades de productos, materiales, maquinaria y uniformidad. · Incorporar y formar al personal en los nuevos servicios. · Proponer mejoras en la organización y calidad de los servicios.

Experiència 1 anys. Experiencia previa liderando equipos, manejo de personal, gestión de incidencias, ausencias, sustituciones y necesidades de los diferentes centros.
