English and Soft Skills Trainer (NGO)

Wishes and Blessings, a Noida-based NGO, is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and self-driven individual to join our Education Team as an English & soft skills Trainer/Teacher to work with children across our educational centres. The role requires regular travel to different education centres on a rotational basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching English & soft skills to children while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. will be an added advantage)

Min. 1 year of teaching experience (NGO or school experience preferred)

Freshers with excellent communication and teaching skills may also apply.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Ability to teach children in an engaging and interactive manner.

Encourage children to participate actively in classroom activities.

Knowledge of basic computer skills will be an added advantage

Ensure a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.

Good classroom management skills.

Excellent management, coordination, and organisational skills.

Visit different education centres on a rotational basis as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

· Teach English & Soft skills, with basic computer knowledge to children above 06 years of age.

· Prepare and conduct interactive and activity-based learning sessions.

· Monitor students learning progress and maintain attendance records.

· Maintain reports and documentation related to classroom activities and student progress.

· Encourage children's overall development by creating a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.

· Participate in educational events, workshops, and centre activities organised by the NGO.
