About the role

We're looking for Strategy & Operations Managers to take full ownership and work on global initiatives throughout the business. This is one of our most impactful roles, where you’ll combine product expertise, a strategic mindset, and hands-on execution to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

About our Hiring Sprint

We've compressed our usual hiring process into a single fast-track. After submitting an application, a recruiter will reach out to selected candidates and explain the next steps.

If successful, you'll be invited to the Hiring Sprint on 22 September: Problem Solving, Bar Raiser, and Team Fit interviews in one day. Successful candidates will receive an offer within 24 hours.

What you'll need

At least a 2:1 degree from a top university

1–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment

A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end

The ability to break complex problems down into actionable tasks

Experience using data to justify your work and proposed solutions

Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact

An interest in the financial industry

Nice to have

Experience coding with SQL, Python, R, or Gen AI

Experience in a fast-growing startup or fintech

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly

Poland: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
