Job Description: ERP Executive (NWAY ERP)

Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Executive to manage and support our NWAY ERP system across multiple business functions, including Accounts, HR, Payroll, Stores, and Purchase. The ideal candidate should have experience working with NWAY ERP, either as an end-user involved in backend customization or in coordinating with the NWAY technical support team to resolve system issues, implement changes, and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities :-

ERP Administration

Manage the day-to-day functioning of the NWAY ERP system.

Provide user support for Accounts, Payroll, HR, Stores, and Purchase modules.

Monitor ERP performance and ensure smooth operation across departments.

Create and maintain users, roles, and access permissions.

Backend Coordination & Customization

Coordinate with the NWAY ERP vendor/agency for bug fixes, customizations, and new feature development.

Prepare functional requirements and explain business process changes to the vendor.

Test customized features before deployment and obtain user acceptance.

Track pending tickets and ensure timely resolution of ERP issues.

Process Support

Analyze departmental requirements and recommend ERP-based solutions.

Assist in report creation, data validation, and master data management.

Ensure data accuracy across employee, vendor, customer, and inventory masters.

Support ERP implementation of new modules or process enhancements.

Training & Documentation

Train employees on proper usage of ERP modules.

Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation.

Maintain records of customization requests and system changes.

Required Modules Knowledge

The candidate should be familiar with one or more of the following NWAY ERP modules:

Accounts & Finance

Payroll

Human Resources (HR)

Stores & Inventory

Purchase & Procurement

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with NWAY ERP (preferred).

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts will be an added advantage.

Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP reporting.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in ERP support or NWAY ERP.

Experience in backend ERP processes, functional testing, or software customization coordination is preferred.

Knowledge of business processes in HR, Payroll, Accounts, Stores, or Purchase.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have worked with the NWAY ERP company, handled backend customization, or have experience coordinating with an ERP software vendor for functional modifications will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
