Overview

Job Details

Prepare, revise, and maintain user manuals in English for different product ranges while ensuring the information remains accurate and easy to follow.

Create and edit technical documentation, including content structure and page layouts, in close coordination with the Product Manager.

Develop and update technical illustrations, diagrams, and 3D drawing configurations to clearly explain product features and technical information.

Organize and maintain production documentation and related systems to improve document accessibility, accuracy, and overall usability.

Support additional technical activities, including web based tools and projects aimed at improving production processes and documentation workflows.

Ensure manuals, technical documents, and supporting materials are written clearly and presented in a consistent format for end users and internal teams.

Review documentation regularly and update technical information whenever products, specifications, or engineering requirements change.

Assist in developing and improving documentation standards, templates, and working procedures to maintain consistent quality.

Coordinate with relevant technical and production teams to collect accurate information required for new and updated documentation.

Job Experience Requirements

Completed or ongoing studies in Engineering or a related technical field. Knowledge of physics, lighting technology, or similar technical subjects will be considered an advantage.

Previous experience in technical writing, documentation, product manuals, or a similar role will be beneficial.

Strong written English skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Good interest in technology with a structured, organized, and detail oriented approach to work.

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and completeness when preparing and reviewing technical documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and production teams.
