Project Manager – Civil / MEP

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil / MEP to lead and manage civil and MEP projects from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

Manage civil and MEP projects from project award through successful completion and handover.

Review contracts, drawings, BOQs, specifications, scope of work, and project requirements.

Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower plans, procurement requirements, and resource plans.

Establish project priorities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Lead and manage Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, and site teams.

Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, materials, equipment, costs, and resource utilization.

Identify project risks, constraints, and potential delays and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Civil & MEP Works

Supervise and coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and related MEP works.

Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, and project schedules.

Coordinate MEP services with civil, architectural, structural, landscape, and external works.

Review technical issues and ensure timely resolution of design, coordination, and site-related problems.

Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of activities to minimize clashes, delays, and rework.

Commercial, Procurement & Coordination

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, Procurement, Estimation, QS, Accounts, and other internal departments.

Monitor procurement activities, material approvals, deliveries, and availability of critical project resources.

Review and monitor variations, project costs, subcontractor performance, and commercial matters.

Ensure project activities remain aligned with approved budgets and contractual requirements.

Review project progress against planned schedules, resources, and costs.

Quality, HSE & Compliance

Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, UAE regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.

Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain required quality and safety standards.

Ensure proper inspection, testing, documentation, and approval of completed works.

Monitor and address quality issues, site observations, NCRs, and corrective actions.

Reporting & Handover

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

Monitor project milestones, risks, critical activities, and overall performance.

Conduct and participate in project coordination and progress meetings.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, as-built documentation, and final handover.

Ensure all project documentation and close-out requirements are completed before handover.

Maintain effective communication and coordination between project management, site teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in project management, with strong experience in civil and MEP projects.

Proven experience managing projects from planning through execution and final handover.

Strong knowledge of civil construction, MEP systems, plumbing, drainage, electrical, mechanical, and external works.

Experience managing commercial, residential, hospitality, villa, or similar construction projects.

Good understanding of UAE construction practices, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, project planning, cost control, and contract requirements.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.

Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, deadlines, and project requirements effectively.

UAE Driving License is preferred.
