NOC Coordinator
Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced NOC Coordinator to manage and coordinate No Objection Certificate (NOC) applications, authority submissions, approvals, inspections, renewals, and closures for landscaping, construction, swimming pool, infrastructure, and external works projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with UAE government authorities, municipalities, utility providers, and master developers, along with strong follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesNOC Management & Coordination
Manage the complete NOC process, from requirement identification and application submission through approval, renewal, inspection, and closure.
Identify NOC requirements based on project scope, location, drawings, work activities, and authority requirements.
Prepare and submit NOC applications, forms, drawings, method statements, and supporting documents.
Maintain an updated tracker covering submitted, pending, approved, rejected, expired, renewed, and closed NOCs.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Design, Operations, Site Teams, and Document Control to collect required information and documentation.
Monitor application status and conduct regular follow-ups with relevant authorities.
Ensure required NOCs and approvals are obtained within project timelines.
Identify potential approval delays and escalate critical issues to management.
Monitor NOC expiry dates and initiate renewals well in advance to prevent project delays.
Government & Authority Coordination
Coordinate with relevant UAE authorities, utility providers, and master developers, including:
Dubai Municipality
DEWA
RTA
Trakhees
e& (Etisalat)
Civil Defence
Other applicable government departments and service providers
Follow up on authority submissions, technical comments, approvals, inspections, and site visits.
Coordinate with authority representatives and project teams to address technical comments and obtain approvals.
Attend authority meetings, inspections, and site visits when required.
Ensure submissions comply with UAE regulations, authority guidelines, and project-specific requirements.
Coordinate revisions and resubmissions of drawings and technical documents based on authority comments.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of NOC applications, approvals, drawings, authority comments, correspondence, inspection reports, and supporting documents.
Maintain an organized NOC tracker and authority approval database for all projects.
Monitor approval validity and coordinate timely renewals.
Maintain both digital and physical records of NOCs and authority correspondence.
Prepare regular weekly NOC status reports covering:
Submitted applications
Pending approvals
Approved NOCs
Authority comments
Upcoming inspections
Expiring NOCs
Delayed or critical approvals
Provide management and project teams with regular updates on NOC status, pending actions, and potential project impacts.
Ensure approved NOCs and authority correspondence are properly communicated to relevant project teams.
Project Coordination
Review project requirements and ensure all necessary NOCs are identified and initiated before commencement of relevant site activities.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, utility providers, and other stakeholders regarding authority requirements.
Support Project Managers and Engineers in resolving authority-related issues.
Ensure site activities requiring prior authority approval do not commence without the necessary approvals.
Coordinate the closure, cancellation, or completion of NOCs upon completion of relevant works, where applicable.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in NOC coordination, government approvals, PRO services, document control, construction coordination, or a similar role.
Proven experience dealing with UAE government authorities, municipalities, utility providers, and master developers.
Good knowledge of UAE NOC procedures, authority requirements, submission processes, and approval workflows.
Hands-on familiarity with relevant authority portals, including DEWA, Dubai Municipality, RTA, Trakhees, e&, Civil Defence, and other applicable platforms.
Experience in landscaping, construction, infrastructure, swimming pool, or external works projects is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and document management systems.
Strong organizational, coordination, communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate approval records.
Ability to manage multiple projects, applications, and deadlines simultaneously.
Professional communication skills when dealing with government authorities, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Willingness to travel between project sites, authority offices, and government departments as required.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on UAE experience in NOC applications and authority approvals for landscaping, construction, infrastructure, swimming pool, or external works projects will be strongly preferred.

Pay: AED3,693.65 - AED13,489.76 per month
