About the role
RTA Approved Road Engineer – Dubai
Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced RTA Approved Road Engineer with at least 2 years of road engineering experience in Dubai.
Valid RTA Approval/License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Handle RTA permits, NOCs, ROW permits, access permits, and road closure approvals.
Prepare and submit required drawings and documents to RTA.
Coordinate with RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, consultants, and clients.
Prepare and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and road diversions.
Supervise road works, paving, kerbs, interlock, sidewalks, drainage, and reinstatement works.
Review drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure works comply with RTA and project requirements.
Prepare inspection requests, checklists, test reports, and as-built documents.
Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports.
Ensure proper traffic control, signage, barriers, and pedestrian safety.
Identify and resolve technical and site issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Valid RTA Approval/License in Dubai – Mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of road engineering experience in Dubai.
Experience in road works, infrastructure, and ROW activities.
Good knowledge of RTA standards, permits, NOCs, and procedures.
Knowledge of Traffic Management Plans and road diversions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED2,663.83 - AED11,023.92 per month
