MEP Engineer – Landscape, Swimming Pool & Water Features

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong experience in landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, and water feature MEP systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesMEP Design & Coordination

Prepare and review MEP designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documents.

Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and related MEP systems.

Design and coordinate swimming pool systems, including pumps, filtration, circulation piping, drainage, and equipment.

Coordinate MEP requirements for fountains, waterfalls, ponds, water walls, and other water features.

Coordinate MEP services with landscape, architectural, structural, civil, and irrigation works.

Ensure designs are practical and suitable for site execution.

Site Execution

Supervise MEP installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and installation issues.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and site teams.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions, and equipment selections.

Monitor installation quality and coordination between different trades.

Support testing, commissioning, inspections, snagging, and final handover.

Documentation

Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, inspection requests, and technical reports.

Assist with BOQs, material requirements, technical specifications, and equipment schedules.

Review technical submittals and ensure materials and equipment meet project requirements.

Maintain records of approvals, inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover documents.

Ensure all MEP works comply with UAE standards, authority requirements, and project specifications.

Swimming Pool & Water Features

Coordinate installation of pool pumps, filtration systems, circulation piping, drainage, nozzles, underwater lighting, controls, and equipment.

Review pump sizing, filtration requirements, piping layouts, and equipment selection.

Coordinate MEP systems for fountains, waterfalls, ponds, water walls, and artificial streams.

Coordinate electrical and control requirements for pool and water feature equipment.

Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.

Ensure all systems are properly tested, commissioned, and handed over.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Engineer.

Proven experience in landscaping, swimming pools, water features, irrigation, or related MEP works.

Strong knowledge of pool MEP systems, pumps, filtration, piping, drainage, electrical coordination, and control systems.

Experience with fountains, waterfalls, ponds, water walls, or similar water features is highly preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant MEP design/engineering software.

Ability to read and coordinate MEP, civil, structural, architectural, landscape, and irrigation drawings.

Good knowledge of MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements.

Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

UAE Driving License is preferred.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in landscape MEP, swimming pool construction, irrigation, fountains, water features, and outdoor MEP installations.

Pay: AED2,665.76 - AED10,984.11 per month
