Job Overview

Visko Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze business data, prepare reports, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from different sources.

Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.

Work with Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and other advanced Excel functions.

Ensure accuracy and timely updating of reports.

Convert complex data into easy-to-understand reports and visualizations.

Provide data-driven insights to management and relevant departments.

Coordinate with different teams to collect and verify data.

Identify data discrepancies and ensure proper data validation.

Maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Power BI and dashboard creation.

Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.

Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle and interpret large datasets.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Business Intelligence, or Reporting is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,491.16 - ₹25,636.95 per month

Work Location: In person
