Principales funciones del puesto

Realizar órdenes de compra del hotel

Solicitar el fondeo de los cheques a tesorería antes de las 16:00 hrs.

Visualizar los fondeos en posadas net de las cuentas.

Enviar facturas de servicio a Conectum y proveedores para la programación de pago.

Soportar todas las relaciones de pago.

Enviar una relación de todos los proveedores que se les tiene que pagar por cheque y transferencia, de forma semanal.
