About the role

We're looking for a finance professional who is analytical, business-oriented, and able to turn financial data into actionable insights. This person will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

Organize the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Develop and monitor KPIs, performance analyses, and budget variances.

Develop financial models, projections, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare management reports and executive presentations for leadership.

Analyze financial results, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Partner with business areas on cost management, budgeting, and performance management.

Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Requisitos:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is a plus).

3+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, business finance, or a similar role, preferably in trucking or logistics industries.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles.

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or other relevant software).

Analytical and results-oriented profile.

Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Experience in analyzing and interpreting P&L statements.

Proficiency in English.
