This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: You are passionate about building a scalable creator engine that turns content into measurable business results — driving traffic, conversion, and product sell-through. You bring a strong analytical mindset with a bias toward testing and optimization, and a deep understanding of platform dynamics across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator channels. You’re also resourceful and collaborative, with a proven ability to scale content and creator programs in a fast-moving, always-on environment. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. You might be building and scaling a creator ecosystem of micro-creators, brand fans, and store associates; launching always-on creator programs across TikTok, ShopMy, and other channels; identifying, amplifying, and scaling organic and viral content; developing repeatable, high-performing content formats focused on product storytelling; partnering with CRM, paid media, and e-commerce teams to optimize performance; or implementing test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve output. You’ll operate in a high-volume model with rapid iteration, focused on authentic, product-led content at scale, and using data and performance insights to guide decision-making. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team who share your passion for excellence.

Compensation Range The compensation range for this position is 100,000.00 USD - 110,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
