About the role

Cerchiamo una persona empatica e attenta, che sappia ascoltare e risolvere le esigenze della clientela con cortesia e professionalità. Operiamo nel settore della vendita al dettaglio di prodotti di largo consumo e stiamo ampliando il nostro punto vendita nella zona di Castel Maggiore.

La risorsa inserita affiancherà il team nel gestire ogni tipo di interazione con il cliente, dal primo contatto fino alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche, contribuendo a costruire un rapporto di fiducia duraturo.

Attività previste:

Accoglienza e assistenza clienti presso il punto vendita

Gestione delle richieste informative e dei reclami

Inserimento e aggiornamento dati nel gestionale aziendale

Supporto operativo al team vendita nella gestione quotidiana

Collaborazione con i reparti interni per garantire continuità del servizio.

Requisiti richiesti:

Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado

Buone capacità comunicative e attitudine al contatto diretto

Precisione e affidabilità nella gestione delle informazioni

Familiarità con gli strumenti informatici di base

Anche senza esperienza pregressa nel settore

Possibilità di inizio immediato.

Offerta e benefit:

Inserimento con contratto a tempo determinato, orario full-time

Retribuzione 1.400-1.600 € lordi mensili

Formazione continua e affiancamento operativo dal primo giorno
