About the role

We are looking for a hands-on AVL Technician to support the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Audio, Video, Lighting, LED, and multimedia equipment for events and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, test, and dismantle AVL equipment.

Install LED screens, projectors, speakers, microphones, lighting, and related systems.

Handle cabling, signal connections, and basic system configuration.

Troubleshoot technical issues during setup and live events.

Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

Support event, project, and technical teams on-site.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of equipment.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience as an AV/AVL Technician, preferably in events or AV rental.

Hands-on knowledge of audio, video, lighting, LED, and projection systems.

Good understanding of cabling, signal flow, and troubleshooting.

Ability to work under pressure and flexible event hours.

Technical diploma or related qualification preferred.

UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)

AVL Technician : 4 years (Preferred)

Troubleshoot technical issues: 4 years (Preferred)

Perform routine equipment check: 4 years (Preferred)
