About the role

Buscamos personas para desempeñar labores comerciales por teléfono en una empresa del sector Contact Center, ubicada en la zona franca de Barcelona. Las tareas incluyen realizar llamadas a clientes que han pedido ser contactados, cumplir con los objetivos comerciales definidos y registrar o actualizar la información en el sistema. También se realizan otras funciones propias del puesto.

Se ofrece un contrato a tiempo parcial, con una jornada de 30 horas semanales, de lunes a viernes en turno de tarde, entre las 14:00 y las 20:00 horas, respetando los descansos establecidos por ley.

Experiencia en de al menos 1 año en retención de clientes/as y/o venta telefónica.

Disponibilidad de asistir a cinco días de formación.

Buscamos a una persona dinámica y con habilidades de negociación.

Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.

Castellano y catalán hablado y escrito correctamente.
