Finanz- & Umsatzanalysen: Du wertest unsere Umsatzzahlen nach Produkt, Preis und Land aus und leitest klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab,

Reporting & KPI-Entwicklung: Du entwickelst unsere Finanzkennzahlen weiter und bereitest sie in Reports für Geschäftsführung und Stakeholder verständlich auf,

Potenzial- & Profitabilitätsanalysen: Du bewertest Profitabilität und Upselling-Potenziale und lieferst die Zahlenbasis für unsere Vertriebsstrategie,

Kundenbindung & Abo-Entwicklung: Du behältst Churn Rate, Lifetime Value und Neukundenwachstum im Blick und erkennst Trends im Abo-Geschäft frühzeitig,

Strategische Mitgestaltung: Deine Analysen liefern die Entscheidungsgrundlage für VERBIs strategische Weiterentwicklung,

Maßnahmen-Tracking & Operational Excellence: Du verfolgst die Wirkung von Maßnahmen nach und stößt bei Bedarf Anpassungen an.

Was du mitbringen solltest

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, International Business oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungsabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen,

Erste Berufserfahrung im Finance, Controlling oder in fachlich verwandten Bereichen,

Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis für Finanz- und Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte in übersichtlicher Form darzustellen,

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit für eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern,

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel für Finanzanalysen, und PowerPoint,

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
