3D Designer

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and lighting visualisations for architectural, hospitality, retail, residential, and event projects.

Translate lighting concepts, layouts, and design briefs into realistic 3D environments.

Develop lighting scenes that accurately represent the proposed fixtures, light effects, atmosphere, materials, and finishes.

Work closely with lighting designers, project managers, architects, and clients to understand design requirements.

Prepare presentation-quality renders, mood visuals, animations, and walkthroughs when required.

Make revisions based on client and internal feedback while maintaining design quality and project timelines.

Ensure 3D models and visuals are technically accurate and aligned with project specifications.

Maintain organised project files, models, textures, materials, and rendering assets.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in 3D visualisation, architectural visualisation, interior design, or lighting design.

Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, and realistic rendering.

Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender and rendering software such as Corona, V-Ray, or Lumion.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design tools.

Ability to interpret architectural drawings, lighting layouts, and design concepts.

Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D visualisation and lighting work is essential.

UAE experience is an advantage.
