Aluminium Factory Manager / Facade Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Factory Manager / Facade Engineer with strong technical and project management experience in aluminium and facade works.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and facade details
Handle facade design, technical coordination, and execution
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, material requirements, and project costing
Manage factory production, fabrication, and installation
Coordinate with MEP and Civil teams for smooth project execution
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
Plan manpower, materials, production, delivery, and installation schedules
Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity
Resolve technical, fabrication, and site-related issues
Ensure proper coordination between drawings, costing, procurement, fabrication, and site execution
Requirements:
Strong experience in aluminium, curtain wall, glazing, windows/doors, and facade works
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings
Strong understanding of facade execution, fabrication, and costing
Experience coordinating with MEP and Civil works
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
UAE experience preferred
