About the role

JOB PURPOSE:

To assist with Data Privacy Program and Implementation by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to fulfil regulatory requirements, particularly those of UAE’ Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and related CBUAE Regulations

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Essential

Degree in Law

Experience of atleast around 1 year of Data Protection law implementations and not more than 3 years

Completion of CIPPE/E from IAPP.org

Desirable

Ability to draft relevant data protection clauses in Legal agreements

Other requirements

Competent communicator strong in both verbally and written means of communication

Ability to deeply listen and understand goals and challenges of stakeholders

Problem solving skills

Collaboration skills

Needs to be able deliver impact and deliverables within specified timeframes

Skills: Data Protection Law , Regulatory Compliance , Legal Drafting
