The Role
The Manager, HR Talent Technology leads and delivers complex HR technology consulting engagements, including HCM implementations, system optimizations, diagnostics, and digital HR transformation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in shaping HR technology strategies, improving talent lifecycle processes, and enabling clients to maximize the value of their HR systems.
Owning engagements end-to-end, the Manager is responsible for delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and driving measurable business outcomes. The role also contributes to the development of the HR Technology Center of Excellence (COE) and acts as a key escalation point for senior stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Program & Project Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR technology engagements, including implementations, enhancements, and system optimizations (e.g., ATS, HCM, CRM, and talent platforms)
Manage full lifecycle: discovery, requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to budget and quality expectations
Develop Statements of Work (SOW), project plans, and pricing aligned to margin targets
Lead HR technology diagnostics and maturity assessments, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
HR Technology Advisory
Provide subject matter expertise across HR systems such as ATS, HCM, onboarding, CRM, and talent intelligence platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Paradox, Eightfold, etc.)
Advise clients on system selection, architecture, integrations, and best practices across the HR lifecycle
Lead design workshops to define future-state HR processes and technology solutions
Present recommendations, roadmaps, and solution designs to senior client stakeholders
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, technology partners, and internal stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels, from HR teams to executive leadership
Ensure high client satisfaction and proactively manage risks and escalations
Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to deliver integrated solutions
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and project team members
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and career development discussions
Drive team engagement, knowledge sharing, and capability building in HR tech
Growth & Practice Development
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling HR technology solutions
Contribute to building and scaling the HR Technology COE, including tools, frameworks.
Skills & Requirements
Extensive experience in HR technology consulting, implementation, or transformation programs
Strong knowledge of HR systems (ATS, HCM, CRM, onboarding, talent intelligence platforms)
Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience working with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on process and technology optimization
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in HR tech platforms is a plus

What we offer:
We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration for New York USD 124,500 -USD 163,900 and in other US states USD 108,300 -USD 142,500 plus applicable benefits.
