You are a detail oriented operations based professional who has a knack for marketing. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people. Your organization is second to none and you can execute while having fun with a thriving team.
What You’ll Do:
Provide a world class client experience for sellers on behalf of the team and listing agent, both pre-listing and on a high-touch basis through the rest of the contract.
Strong communication with clients to guide them through the listing process including marketing updates and regular check ins.
Manage the quality of the pre-list, listing launch, and active list process, including managing a VA who completes many of the tasks.
Own the quality and accuracy of listing data, descriptions, and pictures in the MLS.
Own the collection and input of showing feedback for all listings.
Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools.
Manage marketing plans & listing syndication.
Create or quality control listing marketing materials.
Generate reviews and referrals from clients.
Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies.
Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget.
Keep the team informed of any challenges that arise and bring solutions to the table.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.
Skills You Have:
Project management experience

Required Background:
Ability to do highly detailed work while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience
1+ years experience in an administrative role
1+ years in a role requiring some form of marketing/reputation management
Other Details:
Compensation, depending on experience, ranges from $45,000-50,000 per year with referral bonus and wealth building opportunities
We have an in-house work model, full-time, Monday through Friday with an occasional night or weekend required
