Ciao! Siamo un'attività commerciale a Napoli, specializzata nella vendita al dettaglio di prodotti per la casa. Cerchiamo una persona solare e organizzata da inserire nel nostro team come Addetto/a gestione clienti. Ti occuperai di seguire i clienti, gestire gli ordini e garantire un servizio di qualità.

Attività previste:

Gestione telefonica e via email delle richieste dei clienti

Inserimento e aggiornamento degli ordini nel sistema gestionale

Monitoraggio delle spedizioni e comunicazione degli stati avanzamento

Supporto nella risoluzione di piccole problematiche amministrative (fatture, resi)

Collaborazione con il team vendite per migliorare l'esperienza cliente

Requisiti richiesti:

Diploma di scuola superiore

Buona capacità di ascolto e comunicazione

Dimestichezza con il computer e i programmi Office

Attitudine al problem solving e precisione

Non è richiesta esperienza pregressa: ti formeremo noi

Offerta e benefit:

Contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato alla stabilizzazione

Orario full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì

Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.500-1.800 €

Formazione continua su processi e strumenti aziendali

Buoni pasto

Ambiente giovane e dinamico
