Description and Requirements

HR Partner (HRBP Manager) will provide strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives of the assigned business teams in the group. The selected candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a track record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and have a history of implementing successful programs across heavily matrix organizations. Thought leadership, organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the keys to being successful in this position. In addition, this position will help employees understand the correct HR policies and schemes, foster a desire to achieve and change the mindset of individual employees, and aim to improve organizational strength and productivity.
