Deli Assistant Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Deli Assistant to join our team in Dublin 7. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure high food quality standards, and help maintain a clean and organized deli counter.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold food at the deli counter.

Ensure all displays are fully stocked and presented to a high standard.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).

Handle cash and operate the till when required.

Keep the deli area clean and well organized.

Work as part of a team to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

Previous deli or food service experience is an advantage but not essential.

Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Flexible to work weekends or different shifts as needed.

It is an advantage to be able to communicate in Romanian, English, or Russian, as these languages are commonly spoken among our customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.30-€16.00 per hour
