Role Overview:

We are seeking for experienced Tech Lead – Mobile Banking to own and manage a dedicated mobile banking squad, driving end-to-end delivery of mobile banking initiatives and providing technical leadership across React Native, Android, and iOS development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a dedicated mobile banking squad comprising mobile developers, backend engineers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.

Own end-to-end delivery of mobile banking initiatives aligned with business objectives and architecture standards.

Drive technical design, solution reviews, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery governance.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to React Native, Android, and iOS teams.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI teams, and business stakeholders.

Oversee integrations with APIs, microservices, authentication platforms, and core banking systems.

Support production releases, go-live activities, incident management, and executive reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3–5 years as a Technical or Engineering Lead.

Proven experience delivering Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Digital Onboarding, Payments, or Financial Services solutions.

Hands-on knowledge of React Native, Android, iOS, mobile application architecture, and lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of API-first architecture, microservices, backend integrations, and event-driven architectures.

Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, mobile security, and secure coding practices.

Strong delivery management, Agile, Scrum, and stakeholder management skills.
