Role Overview:

We are looking for Scrum Master to lead Scrum teams in applying Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, helping Product Owners and development teams achieve customer satisfaction and higher levels of Scrum maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Scrum teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.

Support Product Owners and development teams in achieving customer satisfaction.

Coach Scrum and development teams toward self-organization.

Remove impediments and coach teams on effective resolution.

Define and maintain realistic project plans and monitor progress against quality and performance criteria.

Resolve conflicts and issues and support Product Owners with coaching where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

4–6 years of Scrum Master experience.

Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies with development and project teams.

Experience coaching teams on Scrum methodologies and improving maturity.

Strong understanding of SDLC and modern development practices.

Financial services experience, particularly digital transformation initiatives.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
