Job Summary
To apply the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and principles of learning and behavior to prevent or ameliorate school-related problems and to facilitate the learning development of children in public schools. The BCBA collaborates with District Staff and families to design and implement appropriate instructional strategies, behavior management, behavior intervention plans, and behavior data.
Licenses and Other Requirements
BCBA Certification & Master's Degree required
Registered Behavior Technician Supervisor
NCI or CPI certification preferred
Valid California Driver's License
Experience working with students with special education needs
